This week marks my 30th trip to the SEMA show in Las Vegas. It is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world that drew 70,000 + domestic and international buyers in 2017. It’s four days and divided in to 12 sections featuring nearly 3,000 new products from tools to parts to anything else relating to the automotive world.
SEMA stands for Specialty Equipment Market Association.
Most importantly SEMA provides us attendees with educational seminar, product demonstrations, special events, over 1,500 custom cars and trucks and bikes, and valuable networking opportunities. There is over 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space to explore and 2,400 companies to discover.
And much, much more.
So, in my best Elvis impersonation, a pre-thank you, thank you very much to SEMA’s Director, and past Cars Yeah guest, Wade Kawasaki, and his incredible team for putting on an amazing event. Just one suggestion. Could you install moving sidewalks in the isles please. My dogs are already barking. Or should I say honking?
