Feeling under pressure? It is hard not to given our world today

Playing with your vehicle provides you with optimism, hope, and positivity. Go for a drive and listen to some music that makes you smile or brings back wonderful memories. Just go drive.

Physical care of your body is key in reducing stress. Playing in the garage will help you be more calm and balanced.

Asking for help is key. Whether in life or under the hood. Don’t be afraid to reach out.

Putting a pause on the world’s troubles and escaping to the garage will let you take a breath and clear your mind.

Patience and gratitude bring a sense of calm and confidence as well.

  2. I don’t know Mark, I have had plenty of stressful days working on my classic cars in the garage LOL! Seriously very well put. Whether you are problem solving under the hood or polishing up a piece of trim or talking with another car guy ( or gal) the destraction from all that is crazy in the world today is a mental relief and much needed anymore.
