Brad Oleshansky is the Founder and CEO of The Motor Enclave. After a career as an entertainment attorney he joined a digital marketing firm that he later orchestrated its sale and then became their CEO. He later left to develop and build M1 Concours, an auto enthusiast destination in Pontiac, Michigan. It became the largest private garage community in the world. His next venture was the launch of The Motor Enclave, the first ever unified brand for experiential automotive communities. The Motor Enclave is currently developing projects in Tampa, FL, Columbus, OH and Nashville, TN. Brad is a two-time winner of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He is an active member of the Young President’s Organization and sits on the advisory board of Huron River Ventures and he is also a board member for ORT, a global charity focused on education.
