Allison Harding is the new Chief Operating Officer of Vintage Air. For the past three years, she has worked as a manufacturing engineer before transitioning into Special Projects Manager, where she focused on product development and design. She has a background in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. After spending 4 years in cancer and DNA Nanotechnology research, she gained experience in the defense industry at BAE Systems before transitioning into the automotive industry. Outside of work, she is finishing her Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Michigan, is recently Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained, writes a column for Throttle Gals magazine, and is serving as the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network Resources Committee Chair.
