Alex Ilie owns and operates A1 Detailing. He is an automotive detailer in Zurich, Switzerland. Originally from Timisoara, in Romania, he has lived in Germany where he honed his detailing skills at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. After considering a move back to Romania, Alex and his then girlfriend, now his wife, decided to start a new life and business in Switzerland caring for fine automobiles. Through training he earned a multitude of detailing certificates with Ai Detailing and quickly expanded his business and client list. He has been operating on his own detailing company since 2017 and hasn’t looked back.
