Mark is a Muscle car collector that has experienced all makes of muscle cars of the late 60’s and early 70’s. His collection now centers with the underdog of American Motors, of which he now owns 4 low mileage examples. He resides in Lake Elsinore California with his wife of 32 years. He has been active in the car collector community primarily on in the western United States. He is a past Automotive appraiser and National Concourse show chairman. 1970 Maximum Muscle is the second, of a three-book collaboration with his friend Richard Truesdell who not only assisted in the writing of this book, but was also the primary photographic contributor. Mark is also a sales manager for vital public safety equipment used by police departments in the effort to protect and serve the public.

My brother met you at Gettysburg pa a few years ago. He was the one with a 67 Rambler rogue convertible 290 V8 typhoon with a 4spd you went over his Vin tag no and told him it was one of the last built. My brother passed last July. He was restoring the car as you suggested. I intend to finish what he started, but my AMC knowledge is limited. I would appreciate it to be able to lean on your expertise on restoring it. We have all major body work done and its in primer and we just painted the engine compartment so we can install the engine trans and front suspension. It will be painted the original copper/gold color. I have questions on how the black two tone was applied by the firewall/cowl.
