Amit Ahluwalia is Co-Founder and the Chief Technology Officer and at ShiftGate, a modern approach to classic car online auctions that launched on July 21, 2021. ShiftGate was built for every car collector, enthusiast, and dreamer. Born in London, England he grew up in Indiana and has always been passionate about cars and computers. Captivated by the Motor Speedway he attended the Indy 500 religiously and the magical combination of aerodynamics, mathematics, and pageantry has made him what he is today. These days, Amit is all about driving at the limit, so track events are a priority. Whether he is instructing for one of the local clubs or racing in Enduro events, high-speed cornering is his bliss. he loves to wrench while his 6-year-old son and dog by his side.
