Melinda Russell is the founder of Women’s Motorsports Network, the parent company of the International Women’s Motorsports Association, the IWMA Nation News Magazine, and Racing Girls Rock podcast. The IWMA was formed in 2017, to connect and celebrate women in motorsports. Melinda is the mother of 4 and grandmother of 14. She has an accounting background as well as a previous publisher of a weekly newspaper. In addition to motorsports, she is an avid college and professional sports fan. She enjoys watching her grandchildren participate in activities and her two granddaughters race at local tracks in Michigan.
