Cole Sorenson has been a lifelong fan of motorsport in all forms. Since the age of 14 he has been the track announcer at Victoria B.C. Canada’s Westshore Motorsports Park, formerly known as Western Speedway. The facility is Western Canada’s oldest continuously running racetrack. Cole’s work at the speedway paved the way for a career in television and he currently works as a video journalist with CHEK TV and tries to fit in as many car-related stories as possible (without his boss getting mad). His latest project is CHEK’s Sorenson Speed Talk podcast where he interviews a variety of different guests from around the province of British Columbia with connections to motorsports.
