Juan Diego Calle is the CEO at Classic.com. He is a serial entrepreneur with sales of past technology companies to Yahoo and Neustar. After selling his 2nd company in 2014, he and his brother Nelson (a past Cars Yeah guest) started to focus on their hobby of car collecting, and more specifically, restoring their grandfather’s vintage Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. What started as a passion project, quickly evolved into their next business — aptly named “The FJ Company” — where they build modern versions of the classic Land Cruiser for today’s driver. During the course of running The FJ Company, Juan realized two recurring problems in the classic car market — the difficulty involved in discovering specific cars for sale, and the lack of dependable and unbiased market pricing information. And so Classic.com was born back in 2019.
