Bruce Meyer has served as the “face” of the Petersen Automotive Museum for much of its existence. The Petersen Automotive Museum opened in 1994 with Bruce as its founding chairman. He is known throughout automotive circles for having one of the most discriminating vehicle collections globally. A Beverly Hills-based real estate investor and president of Meyer Pacific, he also serves on the board of The Henry Ford Museum, the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation and Saint John’s Health Center Foundation. Opening on June 11th is “Ford Fever: The Deuce Turns 90,” the Petersen Museum’s new exhibit devoted to the legacy of the 1932 Ford and will feature three vehicles from Bruce’s personal collection. Also taking place the same weekend are two fan-favorite events – the Deuce Gala, which will feature a 45-minute set from ZZ Top frontman Billy Gibbons, and the Deuce Cruise-In, set to be the largest gathering of 1932 Fords in Southern California.

SPECIAL VEHICLE

McGee red 1932 Deuce that Bruce owns, first Deuce on the cover of Hot Rod magazine and on a postage stamp and selected for the historic hall of fame. His favorite is the Doane Spencer Roadster.
