Heather Gardner is the Owner and Manager of Monterey Touring Vehicles and Classic Car Rentals. She and her team provide you with a unique way to experience the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding areas. Imagine cruising in a classic car on Highway 1 to majestic Big Sur, entering the gates of 17-Mile Drive, or making your way to Monterey Wine Country in a classic sports car, convertible, or luxury vehicle. Heather worked in the biotech industry before retiring to raise her children and then decided to launch her classic car rental company. Her passion for cars began with a 1978 VW Beetle and living in the Monterey area that inspired her passion for old cars to translated into her love for collecting old cars and creating a business. Heather’s thesis advisor when she was in college, was a great mentor along with her father who helped her learn how to work hard and of course her father who was a great influence in Heather’s life.
