Richard Renard is the CEO of Rapid Program Management, known as RPM Team, a firm that applies critical disaster response experience to expedite time-sensitive projects. He has spent over 40 years in the automotive industry and 20 years in manufacturing with expertise in aluminum structures. His focus today is on the nonprofit sector partnering with cities to help come up with solutions for the homeless. Richard’s past includes 17 years as a club and pro racing driver. He is also the Executive Director at Large of the venerable Laguna Seca Raceway Foundation that exists to raise funds for the development of the Laguna Seca Recreational area. Appropriate given the first race he attended as a boy was at Laguna Seca in 1957. RPM is a sponsor of this year’s Concours at Pasadera.
