Bre Pettis is the CEO of Bantam Tools where they build desktop CNC machines with professional reliability and precision, supporting the world’s changers and skill builders. Bantam Tools machines are easy to set up, ready to use right out of the box, and are safe and easy to use. Bre had a long history is making things and inspiring others to makes things as well. He was the co-founder and CEO of MakerBot, a global leader in 3D printing technology. He started the popular Weekend Projects video podcast for Make magazine teaching millions of viewers how to create things from pinhole cameras to bicycles to hovercrafts. In 2015 he was a Henry Crown Fellow as part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In 2012 he was honored with a Disruptive Innovation Award from the Tribeca Film Festival, and he is a highly sought-after speaker who has been on the cover of numerous magazines.
