Michael Good is the President of Dynamat. The company manufactures and markets acoustic environmental solutions for a broad range of industries including automotive and home acoustics. The brand is represented in over 50 countries and is found in over 3,000 storefronts in the US alone. In the automotive world the Dynamat brand is recognized as quality products for solutions for unwanted noises and vibrations. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and process management. He serves on a number of non-profit boards, including several in the automotive industry.

INSPIRATION
Mike’s biggest inspiration has been his wife and his faith. While speaking at a commencement address Mike spoke about the importance of having mentors in your life and he recently engages a business coach.
CHALLENGES
Mike was put on academic probation and eventually kicked out of college. He soon realized his mistakes and made changes to improve and he ended up graduating with honors in three and a half years.
