Mark Hutchison is an automotive enthusiast with a love for station wagons. His on-the-road career in the athletic footwear industry has including time at Adida and Fila plus Foot Locker, Coleman Sporting Goods, and Athletic Attic. This combined with having a family, four boys, dogs, and a need for a ‘family’ style car, has put vehicles like minivans, Jeeps, and Suburbans in his driveway. His latest ride has elevated the fun of his time on the road. Mark has a Mercedes-Benz, AMG E63 wagon so he’s probably the only sales rep in the country combining his work car with his love for sportiness. He might be the only sales rep in the country that is lucky enough to fold down the backseats of this car, load it up with his work samples, and drive to every corner of New England. I wonder if Fila makes driving shoes? And by the way, one of his four children is Nicholas Hutchison of Bookthinkers, a past guest on Cars Yeah.

INSPIRATION
Mark’s parents and especially his father who was a Col. in the Army.
CHALLENGE
At 17 Mark flew to CA, from the east coast, with a friend with three hundred dollars in his pocket and got a job and make a life on the west coast. That was quite the challenge and eventually lead to a lifelong career in athletics.
