Tim Silvey has worked for over 18 years in Formula One and more recently Formula E on the sponsorship side. He worked with Toyota Panasonic Racing in 2005, and in 2007-2009 with ING Bank on their multi-million dollar sponsorship of the then Renault F1 Team. Tim was a consultant at the Yas Marina Circuit as part of the original venue management team to delivery the first F1 race in Abu Dhabi. He helped set up a driver management company for Crown Talent and Media Group and managed drivers including Max Chilton, Jamie Chadwick, Oli Webb, Struan Moore and others. He’s the host of The MotorMouth Podcast where he interviews a multitude of racers and he also has the OMG!Moto GP Podcast hosted by former super bike racer Keith Huewen. Tim’s also the podcast host for The Race Aramco F1 Focus podcast.

INSPIRATION
Tim biggest inspirations have been his mistakes and what he’s learned from them.
CHALLENGE
Working in Abu Dhabi to create the Yas Marina Circuit, an F1 track. Tim had no idea what he was doing and had to learn on the fly.
