Baer Connard is the owner of ACE Performance a Massachusetts based Ariel Atom dealer and European car performance and service facility. Advanced Concepts Engineering, known as ACE Performance began as a vision to push the envelope in design and maintenance of unique, performance-oriented cars. They help owners of race cars, tuner cars, and daily drivers perform better, go faster, and be safer. In 2016 ACE Performance will join forces with Thompson Motor Speedway to run a North East Spec Race Atom series combining his passion and business selling and servicing the unique Ariel Atom car on the race track.

I’ve been interfacing with Baer Connor for more than ten years. He and his team recently built a ridiculously fast and fun V-series Volvo Wagon for my summer madness. It’s a 5 speed manual with 350 HP, unbelievable suspension package, huge brakes and an exhaust that matches the aggressive intake modifications. There’s no roof rack, he had it painted the 2015 Porche 911 Agate gray. Regarding the Ariel Atom, what a fun and special little car. I’ve spent quite a bit of time with Baer and have had a ball overtime. He and his team continue to find ways to spot light a terrific, fast, fun car. It’s also very safe.
