Starting a new venture, business, or anything can be a challenge. When I started the Cars Yeah podcast two years ago I knew little about the craft but set a goal of five shows a week. Today marks my 550th guest, the global business success Reeves Callaway from Callaway Cars, Whew!
That’s a lot of laps.
Producing and hosting a podcast along with finding guests is a grind. When family, friends, and listeners ask me “How do you do it?” I reflect back on a common response to one of the questions I ask my guests on the show. “What is a personal habit that has contributed to your success in business and life?”
Perseverance.
You just keep going. Pedal to the metal. Keep the revs up. So the image pictured above felt right to me, given it’s relationship to a vehicle and the sometimes impossible task we face in building a brand. As so many of my guest racers have said…
Never, ever give up.
