Hurry Up And Wait

We’ve all seen “that guy”. The one that abruptly pulls around us in traffic so he can get in front of you, only to strop abruptly at the next traffic light while you pull up behind him a few second later.

Hurry up and wait.

So often we’re like that in life, in our work, even during our leisure. We are in such a hurry to reach what we define as the finish or the goal, or success. Progress isn’t simply measured by when we arrive. What is much more important is the journey itself. What it teaches us and how we should enjoy the process.

Patience is a treasure.
