A.J.: Read your automotive articles in the WSJ every week. I know you like to present unusual vehicles. I have one that is 100% unique that would be of great interest to your readers. I would like to show and explain it to you. Is it possible to e-mail you directly? I’m sure you would find it worthwhile.
Hi AJ
I enjoy your stories in the WSJ. If you find yourself in Asheville, NC, I think you would enjoy meeting a friend. He has many interesting cars and stories, and is fun to hang around with.

Hello AJ. I look forward to Wednesdays in anticipation of your next car feature. I have a 1972 TR6 that is 95% original and in near perfect condition. We call it Bob. Bob was purchased new by my neighbor who was a funeral director and spent 43 years in the basement of his funeral home. I was aware of this car from the age of 17 and was able to purchase it after the original owner died. I have documentation for Bob’s entire life including the salesman’s business card with the deal written on the back. Bob also has a dealer installed ski rack. When we show Bob, I put period correct skis in the rack. It is a real conversation starter. I have a title for an article about Bob. “What about Bob” was a greeting card series from some years back where fictitious Bob was portrayed as clueless. Thank you for your contribution to the classic car world.
knack!!!
I own a 1988 Porsche 930 slant nose of which only 146 were made of my model. I have written an article about it and the unusual Chinese connection that played a role in my purchase of the car.
Would love to submit to AJ for WSJ publication…
Hopefully you can help.
Thanks

I am the owner of “ BLU “ a 1964 356 C Porsche that I have 1,017,000 miles on. I would like to contact Mr. Thalman to encourage him to join the club. Can you help me? And many thanks for your wonderful work and inspiration. Guy
