INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE
It’s not what happens to you, it’s what you do about it that counts, and to do that, you’ve got to ask a better question.
CAREER & LIFE CHALLENGES
I once had a customer with an MGB that had some issues. We began working on it, and found other issues and each time, got the client to approve the work. When we finished, she had a beautiful example of an MGB, but she was so frustrated about the amount of money she spent on the car. So she immediately sold the car and got out of British cars completely. I realized at that moment, I had allowed my vision to be created, and not my client’s vision. The lesson for me is that now, I start by finding out what the client’s vision is and how can I help them get there.
