Jon and Andrew started PetrolBox in June of 2016. Their concept was to highlight and promote businesses and products within the automotive community that they could stand behind. Realizing that the automotive subscription box market was extremely limited, their goal is to revolutionize the market by including items that are appealing, of quality, and useful for authentic automotive enthusiasts. Friends since they were 12 years old Jon attended school for automotive technology and became a mechanic and today works as a parts manager for Toyota. Andrew studied IT and is well known in the VW and Toyota car community and enjoys racing his Honda Grom.

FIRST SPECIAL VEHICLE
John: The first car that had great meaning to me was a 1982 Celica GT. It was two-toned gray and black, and it was gorgeous!
Andrew: My first special car was a 1986 Toyota Corolla. John actually helped me find the car with my Dad, and even drove it home while I was in the passenger seat. It was about 5 different shades of red, but it ran. I paid $1800.00 for it, and we learned how to turn every nut and bolt on it from top to bottom.

John: There is a butt for every seat.
Andrew: You gotta go slow to go fast.

John: I like to spend time on YouTube watching people build their cars. Taylor Ray, in Florida, is one video I like to watch.
Andrew: I enjoy a good forum thread on someone building a car. VW Vortex and Club 4AG are two forums I enjoy.
