Do you believe that your success has mostly to do with your mindset? I’ve always believed this to be true and recently came to understand just how important one’s mindset can be. I just finished Carol S. Dweck’s book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success. Carol opened my mindset.
Distinguishing between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset is key.
Get the book. Read it. Come to your own conclusion. This brief take on the subject rolls the automobile in to the picture. What if we applied a growth mindset, instead of a fixed mindset, in to our opinion of automotive marques? The fixed mindset defines your opinions as correct with little opportunity to change. The growth mindset allows you to be open to change, to learning, and to exploring without fear of being wrong. In fact, it embraces the opportunity to allow change.
Think how this new mindset could open your world to new automotive experiences.
Changing my fixed mindset to a growth mindset in the automotive arena will enrich my perspective and enhance my life. I believe it will work in my career, relationships, and my ability to better see the opportunities that are on the road ahead.
