Aryton Senna raced in a style like no one else before him or since. Even when he started in karting, as just another kid with a dream, he decided to race in his own style and his own way.

If you want to stand out in anything you need to discover your unique way. You have to create your own style. You have break the rules a little, or a lot, and that’s never easy. Especially at first. Ignore this rule and you’re just another cog in the wheel.
You just have to be you.

Mark, that is spot on! It’s not easy, but you always have to step outside of your comfort zone and embrace what makes you who it is you truly are. There will always be time for cubicles and glass ceilings.
