As we venture down the road of life, culture puts great value on defining your path and sticking to it, no matter what. It is not unlike that guy who won’t stop and ask for directions because he knows where he’s going. At least that’s what he keeps telling himself.
Little praise is given to the person who turns down a new road.
Being brave and admitting you’ve chosen the wrong path in life is tough. That safe road will eventually become more and more washed out and it will most certainly lead to a dead end.
Changing directions takes guts.
Redefining your journey in life is hard. Going faster won’t make you less lost. Knowing you’re lost is half the battle. Take a chance. Turn down a new road. Discover a new path. Set a new direction. You may just discover you’re not lost any more and that you’ve found a path to happiness.
A great bit of information on finding your direction in life. Thanks. I really enjoyed it.
