David Bingham is the CEO and Chairman of Park Place Limited, located in Bellevue, Washington. In 1989 David joined up with his college roommate Butch Bockmier and capitalized on their shared love for cars and built a business unlike any other on the west coast. In 2008, I got swindled out of most of the money I had left in the world. We had to really buckle down and start making money instead of just feeding the hobby.
FIRST SPECIAL VEHICLE
The first special car I had was a 1964 Cobra at an auction in San Diego. Craig bought the car, and I gave him $5,000.00 for his ticket for that car after getting into the Maker’s Mark that night. I ended up getting it for about $120, 000.00. I had so much fun in that car, but when things went downhill in 2008, I had to sell it along with my Shelby.
