Matthew Banach is the Senior Director of Marketing for Gold Eagle Company, a business that was started by Armin Hirsch in 1932. Gold Eagle offers a complete line of protection for cars, boats and more. They offer a wide variety of products for engines plus interior and exterior surface care products. Matt has been with the company for 7 years and has worked in various areas. He has a passion for restoring cars and over the years, he and his father have restored 11 cars ranging from a 1953 Willys CJ3A to a Mercedes 280SL. Matt and I were introduced by another Matt at Digital Third Coast, where they analyzed 100,000 songs to discover a relationship between music and cars. They found more than 13,000 artists and 72,000 songs that mention cars; Mercedes being the most referenced. You can find this fun report on the Gold Eagle website.
