Rob Sass is Editor-in-Chief of Porsche Panorama, the official publication of the Porsche Club of America, also known as the PCA. He is also the PCA’s Director of Content, and his role was recently responsible for the launch of Rennbow, the Porsche Color Wiki which is the largest collection of Porsche car color images on the Web, all organized by color. Rob started his career as a lawyer; a prosecutor with the Missouri Attorney General’s office. He transitioned to automotive publishing over 15 years ago, first as a freelancer. His work appeared in Car and Driver, Sports Car Market, Classic and Sports Car, The New York Times, and the Chicago Tribune. He spent six years at Hagerty Insurance and was Editor-in-Chief of Chevrolet’s official brand publication New Roads.

I am the second owner of a 1982 911 SC Targa. The original owner special ordered a mint green (minz gruen in German). The color code on the COA is M-1. I researched the mint green color on Rennbow and it shows a completely different shade of green. I submitted the color and a copy of my COA to the committee that was cataloguing colors at PCA.
