Carlos Salum is the founder of Salum International Resources, Inc., a Leadership Performance Strategy consultancy in Charlotte, NC. He advises leaders from multinational corporations based in four continents on Peak Performance Strategies to obtain Breakthrough Results using his Performance Architecture process. As a Peak Performance expert, he contributed to the Grand Slam victories of tennis champions Gabriela Sabatini and Sergi Bruguera. He coaches race car champions Pietro Fittipaldi (Formula 1 Team Haas), his brother Enzo (Formula 3 Team HWAG) as well as Formula 4 and U.S. Legends champions. He also collaborates with several global Sport Technology organizations. Carlos is a keynote speaker, an internationally-produced playwright, and documentary film producer. In addition, he organizes international leadership events as the founder of TheSircle Executive Club (TheSircle dinners in Charlotte since 2009).
