Beth Paretta launched Grace Autosport, a professional race team of women to compete in Sportscar racing around the world. She created Grace as an initiative to promote STEM education for girls using the race team as the ultimate example of applied science. Her automotive filled career includes time with Aston Martin, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Aston Martin and Volkswagen Group. While at FCA, she was the Director of the SRT Brand. She worked to create and execute marketing campaigns for the SRT product portfolio, launching several new vehicles including the Gen V Viper and managed the operations of FCA racing programs in series including NASCAR, IMSA, SRO World Challenge, AMA SuperCross, TransAm, RallyCross, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Today Beth also manages US Sales Operation for racing fuel manufacturer, ETS Racing Fuels and she serves on the Board of Directors at the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.
