Nicholas Wyman is CEO and Founder of the IWSI Group, a global network and leading enterprise dedicated to matching job seekers with automotive careers through apprenticeships. Over the last decade, the company has designed programs for BMW Australia and ‘Nissmap’ for the Nissan Motor company. Nicholas has set up International scholarships where apprentices get to visit state of the art automotive dealerships such as Mercedes Benz of Louisville. Nicholas speaks all over the world and provides technical assistance on building apprenticeship programs, is a regular contributor to a variety of high-profile blogs, and his book on skill building, Job U, has received both national and international awards. Nicholas is also on the advisory board of the American Institute of Innovative Apprenticeships.
