Power also named him a “Pioneer of the Internet,” Paul launching one of the web’s first automotive sites in 1996. Today, he publishes TheDetroitBureau.com, serves as a juror for the North American Car and Truck of the Year awards and spends as much time as possible driving pretty much anything he can get on the road.
