Stewart Bartley is Treasurer and Board Member of Old Town Festival of Speed and Style in Alexandria, Virginia. Today he is combining his professional real estate experience with his automotive passion to develop the Dominion Lux Garage Condominiums at Dominion Raceway and Entertainment near Fredericksburg, Virginia. A successful career in real estate development has enabled Stewart to fuel his passion with ever faster cars. He races Formula Fords with the Vintage Racer Group and is an active member of the Ferrari Club of America. Stewart’s fascination with cars goes way back to his youth and he still owns his second car, a 1959 MGA that he purchased in high school.
