Jennifer Maher serves as CEO of TechForce Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission of championing students to and through their education and into careers as professional technicians in the auto, diesel, collision, aviation, restoration, motorcycle, marine, and motorsports industries. TechForce leads the industry’s efforts to solve the technician shortage and serves as the largest scholarship and grant organization, awarding nearly $1.5 million annually to help students pursue their technical education and career path. Jennifer has enjoyed a 25-year career in nonprofit management, marketing, and strategic alliances, having served on the national staff for Make-A-Wish America, YMCA of the USA, and The Nature Conservancy. Heading up strategic alliances, Jennifer has personally negotiated over $100 million worth of cause partnerships with Disney, UAW-GM, PepsiCo, NASCAR, BMW, Midas, Kimberly-Clark, and Sports Illustrated, to name just a few.
