Richard Charlesworth had a long career with Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars going back to 1974 where his roles took him all over the world in a wide variety of positions. Among his many ventures he was appointed MVO (Member of the Royal Victorian Order) by The Queen in Her Golden Jubilee Honours list, for services to Her Majesty. From 2007 until he retired he was Director of Royal and VIP relations, and Head of the Bentley Heritage Collection and the Company expert on Bentley history. Since fully retiring, in 2017 Richard is now Chairman of the Steering Committee and co-presenter for the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace, and co-presenter of the London Concours. He has also acted as Master of Ceremonies at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering since 2004.
