Jillian Romero – Chaves is the President of Ontario Auto Center where she touches just about every piece of the business including customer service, parts, sales, service techs, all while working with 19 globally recognized automotive brands and dealerships and thousands of new and pre-owned vehicles under 15 rooftops. Jillian is an active member of YPO, the premier leadership organization of chief executives in the world. She is on the Diversity Advisory Council and 50/50 Women on Boards. She is a graduate of NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) and spearheads many community events for the Ontario Auto Center. Jillian loves to give back to the community by serving as a trustee to the Greater Los Angeles Zoo and a member of its Mission and Vision Committee.

Her mother Valerie the Executive Vice President at ‎OREMOR Automotive Group and her uncle R.J., President of the company.

CHALLENGE

Accepting that she can be a valuable asset to the automotive group. She left the industry for a short time and then came back and finding her place was challenging.
