Douglas Gorney is an artist living in San Francisco. While his youthful dreams of becoming a car designer may not have come true, Doug did eventually get to art school. Then, after 30 years of teaching meditation, ghostwriting, and directing marketing and branding for a series of tech startups, he got more serious about his passion for creating art. Douglas works primarily in watercolor and ink, capturing San Francisco architecture, street scenes, and particularly its (re)emerging car culture.
