Mike Simmons is the Founder of the Silo Auto Club and Conservancy. It started when we went looking for a space to store his cars. He purchased a defunct chef’s academy in downtown Indy in 2017, and completely remodeled the space, and Silo was born. The venue combines car storage, with a private enthusiast’s club, and an event facility. His club provides high-end automotive events, concerts of all varieties, wine and spirts tastings, cigar nights, race watch parties, racing simulators, and unique automotive lifestyle events. His career has been in engineering and technology, having built and sold his company, and since 2016 he’s been investing in numerous tech companies and serving on a number of non-profit boards.
