Catherine Bond Muir is the Chief Executive Officer of the W Series, a free-to-enter championship that provides equal opportunities for women by eliminating the financial barriers that have historically prevented them from progressing to the upper echelons of motorsport. Participants run in identical cars ensuring talent takes precedence. She and her team have created the greatest number of professional female racing drivers of all time. They hold a landmark partnership with Formula 1 and supported those races in seven Grand Prix weekends this year. Catherine was a former intellectual property solicitor, worked in corporate finance, and spent a decade on sports and gaming deals. After a career break following the birth of her child, relatively late in life, she was ready for a new challenge and the W-Series was born.
