Tony Quiroga is the editor-in-chief of Car and Driver, overseeing content strategy and development across the brand’s print and digital platforms. He has been an editor and writer at Car and Driver for 18 years, most recently as Cars Director where he managed the writers and editors who produce the print magazine and online reviews. He is the longest-tenured test driver for the magazine’s signature “Lightning Lap” franchise, having lapped Virginia International Raceway’s Grand Course more than 2,000 times over 12 years. Tony succeeds past Cars Yeah guest Sharon Silke Carty, who has been appointed to the newly created position of director of content strategy and audience development for the Hearst Autos media brands. Car and Driver was Founded in 1955 and has been the definitive voice for car enthusiasts and a trusted guide to in-market car shoppers.
