Craig Jackson is the Chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson Auction Company. Over decades he has earned the reputation as one of the world’s most respected automotive collectors and restoration experts. In addition to the numerous Barrett-Jackson Auctions, that take place across the country, Craig is an avid automotive collector, enthusiast, and vintage racer. This summer he’ll be racing a 1969 Javelin Trans-Am Race car at the Rolex Motorsport Reunion on the iconic Weathertech Laguna Seca Raceway. This car was campaigned in 1969 by Ron Grable on the east coast and by Jerry Grant on the west coast. This car became the “mule” and was driven by Mark Donohue to figure out what worked, and what didn’t, before Penske Racing started building their new 1970 Sunoco-Penske Trans-Am Javelin team car.
