Riley Trask started Riley’s Rebuilds when she was just 14, as a way to earn money to buy her first car. Her dad taught her how to rebuild carburetors and her business was born. The two of them would drive around Florida on the weekends buying old carburetors off Craigslist, and she would rebuild them in the evenings after homework and soccer practice and sell them online. Riley earned enough to buy that first car, a Jeep, which she modified and her business keeps her in gas money. When a Facebook group about carbs found Riley, her story went viral and her business took off. She now produces enough income for she and her friends to work in the garage, have fun, hang out, and make enough High School money for everyone’s gas and fun.
