Mark Osmundson is with Jamison Search and he is the Vice President of Automotive Aftermarket Recruiting. Two characteristics have remained consistent in Mark’s life more than any others: a love of cars, and a desire to facilitate meaningful connections. Within the sponsorship and business development side of motorsports, these two characteristics began to blend in a formal way. Over the course of 8 years, Mark was responsible for providing meaningful and quantifiable programs, all while continuing to build a robust network of passionate professionals in the industry. In the past 7 years, he has formalized his automotive passion into a recruiting practice that has enabled him to work with outstanding aftermarket companies and introduce them to people who will truly make an impact in their organizations.
