Michael Tilson is the Founder of Tillson Motorcars, a company he started in 1972, having owned and restored many fine vehicles. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Radnor Hunt Concours and an expert in high-performance European Automobiles. Mike built and drove race cars in the World Endurance Championship in the 1960s and 1970s and he competed at Sebring 12 hours, Daytona 24 Hours, and Watkins Glen 6 Hours, as well as racing in Mexico and Canada with many notable co- drivers, such as Innes Ireland, Elliott Forbes-Robinson, Bruce Jennings and Al Holbert. He has participated in major racing events around the world including the Mille Miglia, The New England 1000, and many Porsche and Ferrari Club driving events. Mike is a member of the International Chief Judges Advisory Group ( ICJAG ) and judges at many major concours events in the US, Canada and Europe. He’s a concours judge at Amelia Island, Hilton Head, and Boca Raton, the Arizona Concours and was the Chief Judge at the Carmel Concours on the Avenue and Mike will be the Chief Judge at this year’s Chattanooga Motorcar Festival.
