Shelby Edwards is the General Manager of Constellium’s Automotive Structures business in North America. With more than 20 years of management experience in international companies, he worked for Intel Semiconductor, Vallourec, and ArcelorMittal, among others. In 2017, he joined Constellium as the Operations Director leading the maintenance, engineering and operations team consisting of ~1,200 employees in the packaging and automotive aluminum coil production plant in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. In 2020, Shelby became the Plant Manager for the Automotive Structures facility in Van Buren, Michigan, as a Tier 1 supplier of machined and assembled extrusion components to automotive OEMs. Since the Fall of 2020, Shelby has been the General Manager of Automotive Structures North America, with full P&L responsibility of all the North American plants in multiple locations.
