Aloisa Ruf is a petrolhead, an artist, and a designer, and working on her bachelor’s degree in brand and communication design. She is also part of RUF Automobile in their public relations, marketing, and occasionally on the production line as a mechanic. Aloisa is also the daughter of Alois and Estonia Ruf. Both are past guests here on Cars Yeah. For 84 years, RUF Automobile has worked in pursuit of the perfect driving experience. In 1974, Alois Ruf Jr. took over directorship upon his father’s passing, and by 1983 he had built the first RUF-badged car, the BTR. Then came their “Yellowbird” and since then numerous special models. Today, RUF Automobile remains a family-owned operation, with Alois’s wife Estonia serving as CEO of the company. RUF has become like a family to hundreds of auto enthusiasts worldwide. Aloisa is the next generation of the RUF brand as it grows.
