Gary Duncan is the Founder and Owner of Duncan Imports. He has imported over 4,000 RHD vehicles since 2016 and has 2 locations, one in Christiansburg, Virginia, and the other in Smyrna, Tennessee, near Nashville. Many recognize Gary as the King of the Japanese Domestic Marketplace, also known as the JDM marketplace. He knew he wanted to be a car dealer when he was a child, and used to tell everyone that he has a special PHD that stands for, Papa Had a Dealership! He started in the business washing cars, and later, at the age of 19, acquired a Triumph franchise in February of 1972. Gary has been a dealer now for over 50 years. He has represented dealerships for Triumph, MG, Fiat, Honda, Hyundai, Acura, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Suzuki, BMW, Audi, Lincoln Mercury, Jeep, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, GMC, and Saab.
