Dean Case progressed from race fan as a kid, to automotive engineer as an adult, before devoting the past 20 years of his professional career to automotive communications with an emphasis on motorsports and engineering PR.  He has been a staff engineer with Mazda, Ford, and Nissan. After going freelance, Dean has had contracts with SAE International, Mazda Motorsports, Aerovironment, Motivo, Grassroots Motorsports, Ferrari North America, and SRO Motorsports.  On the electric vehicle front, he was a part of the Ford EV team in the 1990’s and had a Nissan Altra EV as his company car from 1998-2006. On the motorsports front, Dean has worked for Ford Racing, helped launch NISMO in the U.S., and was the Mazda Motorsports Communications Officer for over a decade. He has also been a longtime volunteer with SAE and has given automotive career talks at over 50 universities.

INSPIRATION
