Unlike animals, humans can design the future.
So how do you design a better future? It starts with this critical question: Because I achieve, how do I contribute to other’s achievements? This is the start of leadership. As I lead, others can watch me and learn by my actions. Better yet I can also lead intentionally in which I ignite. Only then can you stand on the top of the mountain and say “Follow me, you will be safe.”
